Comment:     After installing the dependencies, it worked well.  Needed to refer to the /usr/share/doc as the website didn't have all the juicy details.  Website needs to be more clear on the two distinct parts - A rescue image, and a backup image.  Other than that, great work !  Doing a small deploy, and will then try some disaster recovery.
