Hi Pooneh,
I've checked availability and there are no balcony cabins available for a
triple (your mom's cabin). As of right now the best that could be done is
to book an ocean view and then waitlist for balcony should something open
up.
There are no mini-suites or suites available at this time either. They are
all sold out so we could only put something on a request there as well.
This would be the case for either a double or triple.
Also, at this point the BF (balcony guarantee) are sold out which could have
saved you $225 per person but that's not possible now unless something opens
back up. The balconies that are left are very limited BC Category which
would still save you $150 per person over the BA you are holding and the BB
which would save $75 per person over the BA. As you can see things are
booking up quickly and space is getting very limited.
Regarding your past guest number with Princess. They do not upgrade you to
different categories like some of the other cruise lines. They give you a
discount upfront on sailings that the Captains Circle discount applies to
but, it's not on all sailings. Other than that you get a cocktail
reception, etc...
Let me know what you want to do about the triple and balcony cabin's?
